Magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation and tryptophan is an amino acid required for the production of serotonin, a chemical that regulates mood. Thought to interact with neurotransmitters in the brain and the bodies endocannabinoid system, terpenes such as linalool, β-myrcene, and β-caryophyllene have been shown in research to help regulate anxiety and promote relaxation.

    FEEDING DIRECTIONS

    Feed 0.5 to 1.5 pounds per day depending on the desired response. May be fed alone or added to existing ration (1.5 pounds = 1 quart).
